Rose Pedals Consulting
“Make Your Work Matter”
It’s time
You are here where everyone belongs. Welcome!
Rose Pedals Consulting focuses on the future, imagining what greatness emerges when everyone in our communities can access what they need, when they need it, and how they need it. We see the promise of tomorrow in the work we do today in advancing the model of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility.
It is time to examine our approach to societal ills, being sure it fits the time we currently exist in. Gone are the days of reactive approaches to equity - we know more than ever about what hasn't worked.
We have everything we need to transform the future; so let's do it.
We Are Committed to Making Your Work Matter; Achieving High-Impact Results Is Where the Magic Happens.
Meet our Founder - Tiffany Kelly
Superpower: Cultural Broker
Tiffany Kelly (M.S., PHM, HQS) is a an award winning speaker, nationally certified trainer, and thought-leader who knows the impact of inequity all too well on every outcome of a person's life. The powerlessness she felt that resulted from challenges of being a descendent of generational poverty, to barely graduating from high school due to undiagnosed learning disability, is what drives the work Rose Pedals Consulting excels in.
Tiffany gets the job done for the people that have reached the end of their rope. Navigating the waters of social services for herself and others has made her realize that there is much to do to modernize the approach to community needs. It's time to change the success metric; dollars spent and people served don't tell us enough about the experience people have with institutions that are designed and funded to help.
She has developed an innate sense of what it takes to address systemic and structural barriers to "A Life of Enough." Economic equity is at the forefront of her work with K-12 professionals, legislators, and organizations who want to be part of the solution for the future. She uses her unique perspective
gained as a descendent of generational poverty, recipient of government assistance,
and work in the social service sector to facilitate future-focused conversations and
learning that end the disparities resulting from decades of misguided efforts for change.
Tiffany is honored to speak at universities, churches, non-profit and government agencies.
